1. HOW PROFICIENT IN YOGA DO I HAVE TO BE?
You have to have been in hot yoga before but have been practicing for at least 2 years. I few good questions to ask yourself:
Can i get through a 90 minute practice without sitting down? Can I stay focused and present during practice? Do i ever feel bored during yoga? Can I successfully balance in my one leg poses? Am i comfortable upside? Am i open to being uncomfortable?
Usually, your answers to these bring you a little clarity on if this TT is good for you.
