This practice is meant to merge students and teachers passionate about practice and interested in the powers of challenging oneself through asana. This class covers the alignment of common Hatha and Vinyasa poses, asana techniques and pranayama work. Oppen to all levels, special beginners. Come explore your postures as they progress in a safety environment.
