Surrounded by a healthy support system of positive, experienced instructors, we will help you transform your body, your mind, and your life!

what we offer :

26 & 2 Classic 90 mins / 60mins

Taught at 105F and 40% humidity , This class is based off 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Most say the postures systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, all muscles, and the ligaments everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function.

Classic 90 min Hatha series

Empower hour

Bikram 26 & 2 series done in 60 minutes .

this class is recommended for students whom have been practicing regularly for a minimum of 6 months. it welcomes beginners and practitioners of all levels but it is challenging without any prior practice of the full 90 minute class.

Maha Hatha

Taught at 80-90F , this asana practice using traditional hatha yoga techniques, is comprised of common hatha postures an caters to all leveled practitioners. Divided into hips and splits, backbends and twists, inversions and strength, and full spectrum practice this class, practitioners of all levels are welcomed to a place of healthy challenge and introspection.

This class welcomes all leves and it’s a great integration to anyone’s bikram practice . We recommend to try this class as a bikram practitioner to help decompress and have a more sustainable yoga practice

Ashtanga (Primary 1 teacher lead )

It is much less traditional than the original primary Ashtanga series, and is a great introduction to those who are interested in the traditional sequence but very unfamiliar. Much like the Bikram class, you can see your body change as the sequence remains the same. It's also a great compliment to the Bikram series because it challenges your core, but in different ways than the Bikram class (upper body work).

This class is like homework for the Bikram series and you may find you improve in the Bikram Sequence in postures like half moon, for example. Join us every Sunday and strengthen your body in ways you didn't even know you could!

“Sweat & surrender “ candle lit class.

Taught at 80-90F

Come join us for a special Candle-lit yoga class "Sweat and Surrender." Let go of the day and center for a new one with a grounding meditation, pranayama, a steady vinyasa flow and an extended guided meditation to finish. Give yourself the love you deserve with the ambiance you need and come flow it down! Beginners welcome.

Meditation .

Come be part of a practice in which we are kind to our wandering mind by switching our focus to our breath! In this class, we journey through pranayama and guided meditation. These tools will help clear some of the daily mind clutter Bringing you closer to being present.
And opening up the opportunity for introspection and a deeper sense of relaxation.

This class is highly suggested for those seeking a deeper physical asana practice and a clearer understanding of breathing and what breath work can do for us in our daily lives and practice.
Mala beads are suggested for this class but not mandatory.
Mantra practice is optional but might be a big part of the class depending on the teacher.
